All of us have seen the kind of special offer sign that says “starting from around €…”. The moment you examine that special deal in greater detail, however, the reality often looks different. At this point, a sales person starts explaining: “If you want to do this, then you need this upgrade or that module etc.” Ultimately, the price is no longer as attractive as the offer promised.
Isn’t it a bit like cheating to grab the customer’s interest in that way?
The FUTEC strategy is different. With our new narrow web inspection system, FUTEC ONE, we offer the solution that you need. Depending on your application, there will be just two software configurations and three different hardware configurations. Sounds confusing? It’s not. We don’t leave you to make this choice on your own. We configure the system according to your specifications. That’s it.
Another benefit is the free FUTEC ONE technical software update. Whenever a new software update is available, you will get it for free, either remotely or during one our service visits. The update isn’t obligatory and will be installed if you agree with it. If you are not satisfied with the update, we will revert to the previous version. At this stage too, the FUTEC team will support you.
